My Fish Kitchen Cookery Day
(2-4 people) 10.30am-4.00pm
During this time we will look at up to 8 varieties of Cornish fish. I will teach you how to fillet the fish, skin and debone. By the end of the day you will have mastered this useful technique. After the fish is prepared we will cook it, looking at the various stages the flesh goes through until it is cooked. Then you eat it!
